1. GARMENT ALTERATION SERVICE
- Applicability
- For discounted products: includes basic alteration services such as hemming, waist taking-in, waist loosening, etc.
- Service fee: 100,000 VND/time

Alteration Process:
- Customers fill out the Alteration Form at the store's checkout counter: provide detailed measurements needed for alteration.
- Staff receives the Alteration Form and schedules a completion date. - Delivery Time: approximately 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
2. DESIGN ADJUSTMENT SERVICE
- Applicability: making changes/adjustments to the brand's existing designs or changing the fabric material of existing designs.
- Service fee: 15% of the listed price of the design sample to be changed.

3. DESIGN MODIFICATION SERVICE - 30% FEE
- Applicability: making changes to the brand's existing designs (involving changes to the pattern construction) or changing the fabric material of existing designs.
- Service fee: 30% of the listed price of the design sample to be changed.
